Michael Cooper is a corporate photographer and videographer with experience dating back to 1990.

He worked for eight years based in London as a staff photographer at Allsport/Getty Images – the market leading sports photography agency.

During this time he covered many of the world’s major sporting events including the Olympic Games, World Athletics Championships and International golf. However, his main specialty was motorsport where he photographed every race each year in the Formula 1 Grand Prix’s and Motorcycle Grand Prix’s calendar.

His images have been published in numerous major newspapers and magazines including Time, Sports Illustrated, Observer, L’Equipe and Sunday Times.

On leaving Allsport/Getty Images in 2000 he moved back to Northern Ireland and established himself as a business, advertising and corporate photographer and videographer with a speciality in corporate portrait, staff profile photography and producing corporate videos. He has many prestigious clients including Government Departments and National and International businesses and regularly achieves coverage in local, National and International newspapers.

For his aerial drone photography, he is approved by the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) and holds current Permission for Commercial Operations (PfCO) licence to undertake aerial imagery and filming. In accordance with aerial licencing, he is fully insured for all aerial operations.

He has won numerous awards for his photography including recently, twice the Business/PR section of the Northern Ireland Press Photographer of the Year Awards.
